Mouse of choice
As I am tired to ask each one in person about his mouse, I started this thread. Here you can tell the rest of baboworld what mouse you use and what are it's basic specs (dpi, sensor, grip, gaming profile, weight etc.) and maybe post a pic of it.
I'll start.
I use a Logitech MX310 for almost 4 years now. It has an optical sensor of 800dpi. If it were new it would be perfect. It's not that big as MX518 or later ones so it's not suitable for palmgrip. Only if you have small hands. Smaller than small that is.
Did I say it would be perfect if new? Well... it has good tracking and smooth movement, but on ocassions and with certain weapons I would like more dpi at least 1200 lets say. Oh well mine has lost it's teflon pads and left click is all worn out, esthetically and mechanically, but it can still pack a punch if you know where to tickle it.
Now let me find a pic with the rat... Hmmm
Here it is, though mine has lost all it's markings

Re: Mouse of choice
Microsoft/Razer Habu max dpi 2000 polling rate 1000 mhz, laser, teflon pads, works well with razer mousepads.
my configs 1600 dpi 500 mhz and rather medium sensitivity.
Mouse does its job (especially 2 additional buttons are very practicall for most shooters) althou for the first 1.5 year I spent in babo I was playing on simple dell 400 dpi mouse, and not that it bothered me .

Re: Mouse of choice
Thrawn, that button is for adjusting DPI setting on the fly. You can see a - and a +.
Anette and Memento think readers have psychic abilities and can tell what mouse they use. Well most aren't, unlike me . Anette uses a Razer Deathadder, I believe and Memento a Logitech MX300, which I am sure of.
Velv I thought you use Mamba. Hmmmm.
Frosty, those buttons on the side are very useful, at least for me when browsing the interwebz. They spare me clicking back and forward in the browser. The same you can do with the Razer ones I think.
