Global ban?

One Russian guy claims to be globally banned for nothing (as usual).
His IP is 188.19.110.204, his nickname (probably) is "zopl".
Can anyone comment on this?

dont know how much ip is important but for global ban it doesnt matter if you have dynamic ip or not? because if its not important then if you have dynamic ip what stops you to after being globally banned change ip and just whine on forum with new nickname that you didnt do anything to deserve this global ban...?

Im not sure I understand your question.
If you come with new ip, and say you didnt do anything, then you won't be the one who is banned, as it's not the ip that gets banned with global ban.

As far as I understood, banning globally, bans a whole range of ips, so that even by having a dynamic ip you won't be able to bypass it.

Correct me if I'm wrong though xD

IDK why all the hush hush about this. It's not like you can change anyting about it (if you're globally banned). Well maybe your PC/components. but it's not like anyone would invest money in such. This isn't WoT And yea I know how global bans work.

Imagine babo with a need of paying to make a new clan. Babo is simple, that's why we like it and that's why I don't get it why people break the rules.

on the Russian forum say that I was sending spam, some political team ... but I do not know ... the ability to type in the chat was at least ... say turn the euro forum there to help

You are spamming constantly in the game by using quick messages (I'm on offence, I'm on defence). You were muted on couple of servers and warned lots of times yet you still continued to spam.

All I can forget about this game ... I do not pustyat not in one server?

If you are banned for spamming you won't be banned forever.
Just wait for the global admins to answer, as you posted the name you used, someone will probably remember banning you. And if it's already been 3 months, I doubt you will be banned much longer

I banned you for spamming all the time. You didn't answer when I asked you to stop and I even had Olym tell you in russian to stop spamming but you kept on doing it.
You were muted on several servers but kept coming back with a different IP so in the end I global banned you. IF you can stop your spam, I'll unban you.

He can't. Leave him banned for a while. He'll just spam again if you unban him.
