UKR-1 global ban

I'm not UKR-1, but he cries for help on Russian forums.

AFAIK, he's globally banned three days ago. I just want to know why, and, optionally, who, to tell him.

In-game name: UKR-1 (probably was smurfed as someone else)
Your IP: 109.200.235.55 (last known)
The server(s) on which you think you are banned: "I didn't remember" now he claims it was Moscow CTF (wtf?)
The reason for which you were banned: "few days ago after lucky battle something happen and I now can't join any server anymore"
The date and time of the ban: February 14, 2012

ye, I can see he got banned on the 14th. it wasn't me though, and I guess if it happened on Russian server then it was crapper as he is only global admin there.

I'm sure the person who banned him will write here when he sees the post.

It was me. He continually spams Haha!! and I've told him many times to stop it. Muting him every time I see him and having others tell him to stop his spam.
Seeing as he doesn't listen, I banned him globally in the hopes he'd say something somewhere.
You can tell him he'll be unbanned tomorrow (20/2/2012). At the same time inform him that if he continues his spamming I'll ban him again and he'll stay banned.

Thank you for answer. I've noticed that he is listed in the banlists of the many servers, but due to dynamic IP he's avoiding his bans. As far as I can remember, I've never banned him, and it's interesting why he gets banned so often. I can't believe it's just spam, like this time.

I've banned him a few times times also mostly just muted him though but as you say, due to his dynamic IP he avoids them. This time I made it global but if you can tell him to stop spamming I'll delete his bans on the servers and lift the global ban tomorrow or maybe earlier depending on when he answers.
I've been through all the servers and only found him banned 2 places, the rest of the entries were in the mutelist where I unmuted him.

Still doesn't resolve the issue of you spamming. Acknowledge that spamming IS an offence on the server and I'll lift the ban but seeing you do it again will result in a much longer ban.

Although this is posted in the wrong place I've unbanned you. I hope you understand that spamming isn't allowed on the servers and that it ruins the game for a lot of players.

Guess the final picture says it all in that post lol. Well, he's unbanned but seeing as he didn't understand the message he'll probably be banned again soon enough so don't get your panties in a bunch Keta .
