Dev's Halo

Yea, pretty ironic title

Well, since I know that there are some players around here that use the halo feature, I thought I should share with you the halos I've made.

I just see those squares..
Did i replace the wrong file?
Or what do i have to do?

This has only been tested with ProClient 2.0, so I don't know if it works with v 1.0, so if you're not using the 2.0 version, that might be the problem.

If you're using v 2.0, then you should just replace the file in your main/textures/BaboHalo.tga with one of the files above and it should work

Player shadow must be enabled for halo's to work, at least on my computer.

Cinc is right.
If "Player's Shadow" is not enabled, your halo will appear just like a square.

I use unbreakable from the start. Thx Dev. But now I must say I'm curious how curse would look like on my babo

Tried them all.Curse is cool but it interferes with my babo skin so I stuck with unbreakable .

Yea, I've been thinking about a new edition, but still nothing good enough has come up. I guess we'll see.

man, i tried it 1000... times but it doesn't work.
Its always a blue / red square or if i update proclient
at beginning the standard halo..
I tryed all ways.. :/

I see you do great with cursors and halos. How about knives design? Something simple and clean, ha?

It crossed my mind before, but I hadn't had much time lately. I'll give it a go when I get some spare time and inspiration

Pretty Good D! The Eye Of The Storm and Swift are my favourite..Skull and Tribal are huge, specially skull seems like my babo is wearing a big hawaiian skirt Tribal one is pretty cool, but it's too big. Good Job mate! Keep them comming

With me it happens the same thing... The standart halo it works fine, but with the devil ones just appear ared/blue square =(

I dont know if is smtg wrong... maybe its the way I'm placing the files... Hope you can help me

@ Rato: The problem Nemo had was that he wasn't using the new proclient. The old proclient has square halos (and I haven't tested it to see if it works there, but since Nemo had problems with it, I'm guessing not), so if you don't have the new pro client installed, that's the first step.
After that, you just need to make sure you replace the BaboHalo.tga file in your /main/textures directory (don't forget that you need to renamen whichever halo you chose to BaboHalo.tga). All that's left is to make sure you have player shadow enabled in your babo options and it should work.
Let me know if you're still having problems.
