Maybe should just have, if you throw a flame, you loose 1 point, no matter the reason for doing it. And if it kills the other person you loose 2 points. You cannot turn of flames, but if u just change the button u avoid it.

You've got a typo there

Plus ive got a couple of questions:
1) Do we need a judge to play the 1v1?
2) Who picks the map/weapon first?

I've been asked about no flames rule a lot, so I'll explain it now:

-First of all, you're not allowed to throw flames. You can do that by changing the flame key to some unreachable key or simpli by the power of will

-If you kill someone with flame, there are two options:
-1st: you can kill yourself and therefore get -1 kill
-2nd: if you don't kill yourself, your opponent gets +1 kill, and you still get -1

-The opponent can go intentionaly into your flames and possibly get himself +1 kill, another reason why not to throw flames

So we come to a conclusion, no flame and fair play. Good luck with the rest of the tourney.

EDIT: Answers to Nega's questions:

1. You don't need a judge, but in case of missing a screen it would be good to have someone on spectator to confirm it.
2. This one is hard to answer. I think it's the same whoever chooses first. If you still want some way, maybe one of the specs should randomly pick a person who chooses first or smth like that.

Nades are allowed, spawn shots aren't.
