Claiming to be admin

Almost every time I'm on the same server as snowker and make my usual arrogant remarks (because I can ), he threatens to mute me or ban me. I've already asked Crapper a couple of times and he said snowker is not an admin. But snowker doesn't just claim he's a regular admin, he also claims he's a global admin. Oh, this was on wootland btw:
