Got banned by admin abuse

he banned a guy with a nick Wilk, so i think smurfing was the reason =)

well smurfing is no banable reason, he cannot do this. he is not allowed. and wilk is not a Name what another one had before so i was not stealing a Name or something. I even talked to other admins and that is no banable reason

Using someone's nickname is bannable.

And being a douchebag is also bannable

using someone elses nickname has always been banable. Which admins did you talk to who said that it isn't banable?
Wilk is the person who owns the servers (or some of them)
Ofc if you didn't know that, then a ban is a bit much. Weren't you told in advance to change your name before you got banned?

I told to change nick two or three times, but indeed it didn't come to my mind that he doesn't know why (I thought it was obvious enough, considering the unusual way that other players spoke to him and the whole situation). In any event, this case is closed I think. (We've been discussing this and that one little ban was removed anyway) Let's just hope it won't happen again.
