HDR software
I am gonna learn how to make HDR pictures, does anyone know any good software for it?
I have found this: HDRSoft Photomatix Pro
but don't know if there is something better/easier. Doesn't matter if it's free or not.
Don't suggest photoshop (I don't even know if it can do it) cause that just seems too complicated

Re: HDR software
Well. You asked to not suggest Photshop, but I will
Menu File -> Automate -> Merge to HDR
It's easier than you think. Photoshop, actually, is the only program photographer needs, and you'll be forced to learn it sooner or later, if you want to do something serious with photography. There are many tutorials, what's the problem?
About special HDR editors, try one of these. About HDR itself, quit it It will be fun for first 10-15 photos, and I've still never seen really good HDR photographers. And, of course, don't use film, please, for anything, today it's just snobism or stupidity (sorry varlan).

You just make me laugh on one hand, on the other I feel sorry for whoever shares your opinion...
Stupidity is when you eat The Lie and boast yourself for doing it
Snobism.... Yea? Well... you know that's just likeaaa.... your opinion man.
p.s. My account is dead. Can you fetch my friendlist?
/offtopic
p.p.s. Use film/gaygital using multiple exposures with different aperture/shutter speed values and you woun't need any program for your purty HDR's

Re: HDR software
I am not a serious photographer or anything this is just for fun.
Might look into photoshop, although I don't think I'm interested in using it.
Gonna look into the other software links though.
I know you can make this by taking several pictures of the same scene with different exposures but my camera isn't anything fancy at all, so I don't think that is really an option for me.
I just want something easy to begin with. If I don't get tired of it, or I start to really like the results, I might look into doing it differently and better.
