Okay a week passed and we've had 8 votes with 6 yes and 2 no.
So i can say that any ladder match will be updated with the new ELO System.

IMPORTANT LADDER'S UPDATE:
The counting system which was actually working on that ladder has been changed to an ELO one; explaining shortly this is the way it works:
The actual standing situation will be kept but since now the ratio will be calculated in that way. If you are first on the standing , any clan you're going to play you'll gain +1 point , and if you'll beat the owner of the crown you'll gain that (crown) and +1 ratio point. Okay now an example to explain it fully :

2 ° NbZ [i]crown[/i]
3° Mids
4° Dj

Okay we're Dj , we win over NbZ the math expression will be 4(Dj's Rank) -2(NbZ'sRank) +1 (Point gained for the win) = 3 points and the Crown
If he wins over mids : (4-3+1)= 2 points
The most of the point Dj can gain is beatting fx which would give to him 4 points : 4-1 +1.

I think it's fully explained, if you find any error or smth wrong let me know.

1. If fx wins dj, how many point will they gain?
if thinking as u have written: 1(fx's rank) - 4 (dj's rank) + 1 = -2. They will lose 2 points?

2. after winning the crown, a team gets 1 point and 1 ratio point. Where does the ratio point go?

3. Who determines the positions - 1,2,3,4, and how many times should Dj's win to get 3,2,1 place?

1. Clearly written, every lower ranked clan you'll play it'll be 1 point

2. If fx beats NbZ he gains the crown and the point of the win since NbZ is lower ranked than fx it's only 1 point

4. This isn't meant only for the 1st ranked clan it's about every team who has some other ones behind him. Like NbZ has mids and Dj behind.
Every lower ranked clan who has been beatten gives 1 point, you can be even 10th , but if there are some other clans with lower positions and you'll beat'em you're going to gain that 1 point.

So:

2. a crown is only for fun, and there is no difference of playing for a crown or not.

1 Yea when we talk about ratio points or points we talking about the same.
2 It's just to bring some more competition on.
3 The ladder already began so atm we're going to keep the old score which are still points , like fx has 3 wins 1 loss = 3-1 = 2 -> Points. Since now it'll be updated with the new system.

guys, read my last reply in the other topic, i wrote you that i found an elo calculator, which does the job for us, so there is no need in a formula and we can use that one, and i already calculated the standing up until now (still need to add last match of fx but everything else is calculated)

Ye, I don't really get why Cyb is trying to find a new formula when we have ELO.

I'll just understand the way it works and i'll update rules.

Okay going to turn it to a full ELO system as soon as someone play.
Standings will be fully resetted and re started with ELO method.
We've the calculator and everything else just show me someone is interested on playing this.

why restart, just continue the same way as before, ive calculated the ELOs for you this far
