Posting about being banned/muted.

Please be specific and give as much of the following information as possible:

• Your in-game name.
  
• Your IP.
  
• The server(s) on which you think you are banned/muted.
  
• The reason for which you were banned/muted.
  
• The date and time of the ban/mute.
  
• The server admin who banned/muted you.
  
• Why you should be unbanned/unmuted

The more information you give, the easier it is to answer any questions about a ban.

Please don't add ridiculous numbers of or "unban plz" as this will reduce the chance of anyone reading the post properly.
