If one of the participants havent played any rounds until 14th August midnight (which i'm sure will happen), OR played 3 or less matches until the deadline of 22th, you will be replacing them!

he personally told me that he doesnt wanna play any matches in the tournament and considering that he registered to the same tournament a week ago, his retard parameters are prettty up high and therefore he will not be welcome in any other tournaments of mine.
