RS kicks varlan :(

There is a problem with RS servers.If I change weapon it kicks me out.But not immediately after the weapon switch,just when I start to shoot with the one I picked from the ground.
I know that for preventing faster reload of the snipe,the allmighty orbs of babo made the weapon switch a kickable offence,but I thought it was just when you quickly double change the weapon.
Ok moving on from the double change(Fx2),I find it highly unfair and a major drawback that I can't switch weapons during 1up aka time-spent-from-1-spawn-to-the-next-1.
If it's not a glitch,or if it is,as a matter of fact,nor is it just something I misinterpreted,please change it.Weapon switch isn't there by accident

Switching between smg and snipe is bugged somehow but only on old version. If you play using latest pro client on server which use latest pro dedicated server then everything is working fine.

As far as I know I'm using the latest pro client....And yes it was between smg and snipe since these two are the ones I use most frequently...But today on RS1 I changed them and nothin happened and come to think of it the kick I experienced was on RS3 during a cm....Hmmm

Actually that bug does not exist on rs3 but only on pordesign servers

Funny...I just tested the thing on RS1.Smg to snipe,snipe to smg,snipe-smg-snipe,smg-snipe-smg.Din't kick me at all.
Tried to do the same on RS3,but whoa,now it kicks me before I can do anything even spawn....Weird.
