What is Cambrigde?

Well.. I had a 1 hour test to begin with. It was pretty simple - I had to compare two poems, how they were similar/different. They were both nature poems and the central theme common to both was the relationship between man and nature and how they try to influence each other. I spend 1/2 hour analysing and the other half writing up - unfortunately I didn't quite finish. Anyways... I was, out of 5 english applicants, the only guy there (no the other girls were'nt that good looking... ). The first interview was ok, but they asked me alot about the Gothic genre (my favourite). One question really stumped me: Hamlet has elements of the Gothic, so why is it not a Gothic play? Beh? Anyway I made something up and the other half of the interview went better I think. The second interview was better - I had them laughing most of the time (not at me ), and I think I answered the questions satisfactorily (is that a word? - I'm very tired...Lol). So I'm feeling optimistic, not excessively so but, hopeful. I get the results in January, they'll write to me to give me an offer or a rejection. I think I will die if I don't get an offer - this is how much I want to go to Cambridge.
