I would like to report Fireballz

Hey!

Had a schooly on Real Squad. Everything went ok, but Fireballz started spawnnading, cause he lost 2 matches in a row. Then I told him that he is retarted for doing this. Then he told me that I'm suffering in Tourette syndrom so that's why I behave like this, act like this. He was like:

"So you haven't got over your tourette behave?" I replied:
"Faster than from your mother."

So then he instabanned me. No warnings, no polite behave, but if I should follow the behaviour of Fireballz, then I think I was succesfull. So instaban.

Thanks FireballZ, I love how you behave, like a child. You insulted me a lot of times on pubs, insulted others too. But if someone talks back, then he get a mute or a ban. Clap clap you retard, nice admin mentality, should be taught in school.

If Fire has the right of being a dickhead and insulting others for anything, then ban them for talking back, then I don't see why both of us need a ban. If he can ban me, then ok ban me, but nobody ever banned me, only Fire wanted it and did it.

So again, I didn't get any warning, I was insulted then got banned. So I came here, opened a topic and appealed against the ban, so I got this answer from Fire:

And about who is touchy for what. In the past, when Fire got insulted by someone, I tried to defend him if he wasn't there. But when someone insulted me, not even once and I've talked back, Fire defended the insulter. So then I'm touchy too.  

I'm gonna let the drama persist just a bit more before I set the record straight cause Feno's version is drifting farther from the truth with each word and it's quite interesting, I am curious how low he can go.

I'm for transparency too, but he's an admin. He doesn't need to justify his actions. The culprit, on the other hand, if he feels mistreated, should, would, could and MUST show proof.

If there's a screenshot, it should be posted. If there are witnesses (and I'm sure there are) then someone needs to confirm either feno's or fire's story. Usually I'd say remove the ban until it's confirmed but since we're dealing wth Fenomen and Fireball here, just ban them both until we get some confirmation.

From two of us, you lie, and I tell the truth. Sadly I couldn't make any screenshot, cause after I talked back, you instabanned me. I don't know who was there actually, Sharpie was there, maybe Fear too.

But if you have a screenshot, that will show us not the following happened:

Then please, show me that superphotoshopped screen. You call it drama, cause you know you wasn't right, you did a mistake, I did a mistake.

If you think that telling the truth is low mentality, then I have nothing to do with our conservation. Show the screenshots what you have made, you really wanted to ban me, if I were you, I've done at least 3-4 screenshots just to prove my truth.

Do an example what should be followed, cause these random mutes/bans are no longer funny.

1. I didn't get warned.
2. I didn't get kicked.

4. I didn't get notified.

The ban wasn't legal then, but didn't apologise, also came to troll the topic and said that I'm a liar.

P.s.: Not the first time that somebody rants about Fire's banning attitude, but it is funny that he kept on doing this. It was like "get on your knees, I'm admin, superpowered, I can do that".

P.p.s.: I still don't know why Fire removed my admin rights back in the days. It's all right that 90% of the community said I'm too new to be an admin and blablabla, but I didn't practiced my admin rights on them. I've kicked people, I've muted people, I've banned people, but I always warned them and had screenshots, proofs. It was like his personal feelings against me even he promoted me to be an admin. In my opinion, it would be fair to remove his admin rights for 1 month.

Time for facts. First of all please notice Fenomen's nuancing in the following quotes:

I have no idea what matches in a row you are talking about, I had played 1 schooly before the one with the incident, notice how he knows that I started spawnnading (to be read as "went on a spawn nade rampage") after I allegedly lost these 2 matches lol, solid. I threw 1 nade towards the enemy spawn (not ON), we were playing Energy, anyone who played this map knows that in most cases players who spawn top right or bot left tend to run into the defenders nades without them being spawn nades. Even so I won't deny that maybe my nade dealt damage in the area of the spawn but all that lost its relevance to me when Fenomen's reaction was to call me a retard.

Notice how Fenomen never stopped to consider the nonsense of that sentence, never considered that the word "behave" might actually be something else. Again please notice Fenomen's repeated emphasis on this exact sentence in this entire topic, he always took them as 1 sentence, look at the screen and you'll see what he did there. You may also see from the screen that there were at least a few seconds between what I wrote and his "mom" comeback. This is how you act like there was no warning, seems legit ^^.

I issued 1 warning although I am sure that Fenomen knows the rules all too well since he was actually admin for a while

Let me just get this right, I'm a child, a retard and a dickhead who goes around insulting you AND other people on pubs and then banning them. I see. Do you recall all these solid facts from your memory or do you actually have at least 1 screen to prove it?

My last contact with Fenomen was on Russia pub, as I joined the server I found Fenomen cursing more than 1 dude like hell, when I asked what was going on he raged on me as well, I have no screens of this but the server was pretty populated and I have a feeling that wasn't your only transgression, Saddam may have been present at that time but I am not sure. But I am curious if anybody remembers you raging on pubs cause it was an interesting spectacle. I wrote this so you can understand my reference to Tourette's.
