Please provide the name you were using when you got banned.
I can see you now have ip "188.19.96.63" so it's dynamic, which makes username that more important. Otherwise it will be hard to find you on the ban list.
However if none of the european global admins banned you, maybe you need to contact the russians (if there are some) or americans. Cause someone banned you, and if it wasn't euros, then I am not sure they should/will unban you as they don't know what you did
