I ask him to stop couple times and i dont get answer from him.

He used speed hack today. Same server

Don't think there are any admins on that server so there's nothing to do about it unless he comes on one of the others. We'll have to wait and see.

The real problem is that he is lagging and that's why he started to do that. But the offense is valid, he use this lag problem to ruin the game. I've met with him on Rostov CTF too, but since there is no admin for that server, it is shit.
