Anyway I just wanted to hop in here to mention the wS players who played that cm did not know Baboow and that if it was Fosters, wS didn't know it.

Next time we meet Baboow on msn we'll ask him about it.

I would have known if someone smurfed as babeau <3.

If? Lol whats the doubt in this? You got fosters IP from the forum and you got "Baboow's" IP too.
And yea they are the same. So do the maths and you'll see that there's no if or maybe.

Just for the record, theoretically one of 65025 different people could have been playing. What I'm saying is that if Baboow and Fosters live in the same area and/or have the same ISP then chances are they could be using the same IP class. With dynamic IPs you cannot be certain whether or not it's that same person. Many different persons can share the same IP class (like class a.b. from IP a.b.c.d). However, I assume that it wasn't the IP that got Nega's attention in the first place so I'm not dismissing what Nega is saying.

Easiest way to know is to ask Baboow himself. I don't think it was really him either

I said "if" because I'm someone careful, that's all.

I also found weird that Baboow suddenly comes back to babo and agrees to play a cm with ppl he has never seen...

I can say that out of the tons of ips baboow have had on forum none was ever 94.122, only fosters had that.

Nega, they aren't the same. That's why I asked. And saying "I haven't seen Baboow with 94.122...." doesn't mean that he couldn't have it. They both live in Istanbul, prolly they both have same ISP. For me it isn't obvious.

So we could easily found out that there's no real rules here! Varlan was banned cause he played using the nick "Kai".

First of all, i wasn't unnamed babo, but known player.
Second, rules are not strict, but as goes for smurfing it's quite obvious that you musn't smurf as player that's in other clan and play cm under his nickname. Why do we even have clan memebers, when we can just smurf as anyone and no one would give a shit about it? Fenomén, please think sometimes and don't state obvious things. It's not helping.

Enough of Off-topic thing. Sorry about that.

So, what do we do now? Do you want investigate more in this or just let it be because we "haven't got enough evidence"?
As i posted before, Baboow said that it was him.
I'm not good in this ip thingy so i don't want to make this case worse

Where did baboow say it was him? He wasn't online on msn in a long time, and the person called "baboow" in the game had too low english skills to be the real baboow, also I doubt baboow would ask me for a cm when he didn't have 3, which could only mean that the person calling himself "baboow" doesn't have msn or friendlist.

He's using a fake msn.He doesn't speak french and as far as I remember he was pretty good.
The first time I saw him so during the cm,he's talking with fifty using the nick "kai" and after with leopard too.

I was also there, I can add that he did say it was him and he mentioned that he talked with the wS members on msn about it.

This is still weird. It's so... non-baboow like.

I still haven't got the occasion to speak with him, and I could easily see whether he is or isn't baboow, I knew him well.

Besides, if you talked in bv... Where's the proof that it's him ?
What was his IP in bv that time ?
Did the guys who talked with him in bv knew baboow enough from the past to say whether or not it was really him ?

Cmon, at this point it's pretty obvious it's not him. Why would he be in Bv but wouldn't take 2 min to come here and write "chillax dudes, it's really me. Have a kebab"

just ban him and see who comes asking for an unban, thats what I would have done
