server problem

hello. today, 22 april, this morning, i want to play but i can't see the list of server when i make refresh. ( my connexion was good). and when i push up "join", i connect in a server.
help me please.

aider moi svp.

Server list is down. It's the same problem for all.

You can find server ip and port number here, so just manually type it to join a server.

(ip and port is shown when you hold cursor over the server name)

Works now.

Have the same issue once again (now).

Sorry for double posting but may one of you who can enter to the link copy the ip's of servers and paste them to here because either ppl have troubles with that link..

I wrote dzb and asked if he knew what was going on, which he doesn't but he is sure it will be online again soon.

I've fixed serverlist thingy, now easier to copy-pase.

Note: it takes about 30 seconds to open because it still tries to fetch fresh list from RndLabs website.

Well, something is still wrong. Re-fixed.

So, are servers down or what?

When I open the game browser, nothing comes up.

I've updated ladder's friendlist to show some of servers in the top, before friends. Sorry, did it in hurry, so only few. Poke me someone when master will rise again and I'll revert this changes.

Just make it so that all servers are shown in the friendslist, or at least EU/Russian ones.

is it gonna show the ip of the servers? cause as it is right now, Im not sure what good its gonna do ^ ^

IPs may be shown in the left column of friendlist. But I'm sure it will be much better if master will be operable again.

so the ips will be there regardless of master server being up? I get you need to type the ips first, and cannot do it now until master is up

oh and any chance they can be added in bottom instead? or make it an option if you want to view them or not? (same as with offline friends) cause 99% of the time u dont need to see server ip as master is running, so would be a bit annoying if it was permanently on top of friendslist

No, I know the IPs. Even more, I may make it automatic - if the server reports to the ladder it will be in that list. last time master was down I had idea to make this list self-switching, from Friends to Servers, on every Refresh click. Sadly I currently have not much time to work on it.

And, of course, when master will up, I'll just remove this functionality, as I said in the first post.

but why remove it?
isnt it better to have it as a permanent option?, that way if you are away or something next time master is down, we still can choose to see server ips

I'll add automatic serverlist, which will switch to friendlist and back on every 'Refresh' click. It will have the ability to be disabled in the options on the ladder website.

Well, master is operable again, so I've disabled ladder serverlist. I'll notify admins when I'll finish the work described above and give instructions on enabling this functionality.

Btw, I've set up monitoring for master (http://j.mp/bv2master) in addition to the ladder monitoring (http://j.mp/bv2ladder), so anyone can check are servers "down for everyone or just me".

dzb wrote he had talked to server admin, and that it was just a power failure, so master should be stable again now.

I am gonna lock this as problem is solved.
