Where i can find information, who is administrator ;] , When and why i can be banned and how long ;] <<<<< (in game)

I know Timon well, he's from croatia too and i can tell him to remove the tag, but he told me that he passed the test for xD clan and I think some other xD members told me that he's in the clan so I really don't get what's going on.

EDIT: I saw it now, forsaken already took care of the problem.

Just saw him without any tag wearing a 'need clan' advise.
