Some guy smurfed as Setto. Also kept flaming/nading spawns and going on spec.

this guy had red ping so he were pushed spect every 1 sec. enough to flame the spawn point.
Before this he were in a CTF server he was flameing spawns burning enyone teammates or not since he was spectating most of the time.

I told him 1000 times to quit. Without any effect (ofc). I've to admit that i've lost my good manner at a certain time. sry for that.

global ban him until the master server is online.
then put another master server online and re-global ban him until he is alive, then clone him.. and global-ban his clone, etc, etc.....

since there aren't any info where this happened and when, is hard to do anything about it rly except ban the ip on some servers I guess
