ye, one thing is when some1 new comes to the game, and uses some1's nick, most often all white or basic colors but without tag. for those people i suggest everybody approach with patience, explain that there is person using already that nick and that he/she should just pick some other nick and welcome him/her to community.

but those that put tag in front are obvious smurfs and imo ban without much of thinking.
