The longest word

Hi guys, yesterday I was thinking about "the longest word in my lenguage" and I asked myself as it may be the longest word in foreign-languages.
So.. what is the longest in yours?

In italian is :
"Precipitevolissimevolmente" (26 letters)! This word more or less means "quickly" (7 letters!).

In portuguese there are really a lot of long words (they even made a top 10 ).

10º. Inconstitucionalissimamente (27 letters)
pretty much the same as non constitutional

9º. Oftalmotorrinolaringologista (28 letras)
aka otorhinolaryngologist

8º. Anticonstitucionalissimamente (29 letras)
dont know the exact meaning but its pretty much the same as "inconstitucionalissimamente"

7º. Monosialotetraesosilgangliosideo (32 letras)
some substance present in some drugs

6º. Hipopotomonstrosesquipedaliofobia (33 letras)
This one means being afraid of spell large words (LOL)

5º. Dimetilaminofenildimetilpirazolona (34 letras)
Another substance present in some drugs

4º. Tetrabrometacresolsulfonoftaleína (35 letras)
some specific word from chemistry i never heard about

3º. Piperidinoetoxicarbometoxibenzofenona (37 letras)
yet again another substance present in some drugs.. <.<

2º. Paraclorobenzilpirrolidinonetilbenzimidazol (43 letras)
and again

1º. Pneumoultramicroscopicossilicovulcanoconiótico (46 letras)
this is some disease from inhaling ashes from a volcano

and thats it

I suppose also in italian exists some word from chemistry and science longer than the one I said... but scientific terminology is international (isn't it?). Also the phobias are... by the way...

In french the longest is :

anticonstitutionnellement (25 letters)
that means something you're doing against the constitutional rules.

Denmark
"speciallægepraksisplanlægningsstabiliseringsperiode" 51 letters

means something like planning a practice stabilization period for doctors. I think that is our official longest word
