Someone uses my same nick

Hi.
This guy used my nickname many times, today casually I met him and I made a screen. He has the password of real squads too, because he joined a cm. Actually I don't know if he was the same guy, because that time I hadn't the time to make the screen (He always ran away), but probably yes.

This happened some minuts ago. I already spoke with Bullet about this guy.
I don't know what exaclty do, maybe a ban is too much, I just want he uses some others nickname. Someone said me this can also be just a coincidence (ofc, my nick is not really "original"), but I don't think so (at least if he is innocent he should use another colour).
