Screen Resolution

Hi,

I got a new computer with a 21,5" screen. I can't run babo without other than 800*600 resolution. It would print me "Failed to switch in fullscreen mode" error. So I tried to download the pro client.
With the pro client I can run babo with the 1600*1400 resolution but the top of the bv window is split and I can't see it so I can't play. With 1280*1080 it's ok, but I can't switch to full screen mode, else it would print me the same error.

Anyone has solutions to help me solve this problem?

Hey Yao!

Go to desktop -> Right mouse button -> Properties -> Display
Check which resolution do you use for your desktop. (1366 x 768, 1600 x 1200 etc.)
Go to baboviolent folder -> Main folder -> bv2.cfg -> Edit it

Search for the following lines:

r_fullScreen false

r_resolution 640 480

Edit it to:

r_fullScreen true

r_resolution (your desktop's resolution comes here)

Save the file, then enjoy the game! Sometimes I get a bug like I have to edit this file again and again before starting the game.

This was the only solution what worked for me.
