Server admins will endeavour to post information about banned players, but this will not always be practical.

Questions about {ban, unban, muting, unmuting} requests:

Please post in this category for queries about bans and mutings (i.e. create a new thread here). Please use your player name as the title of the thread if you are asking about a ban relating to your player.

Any posts relating to bans posted in other parts of the forums will either be ignored or incinerated*. If you are asking for an unban, please be specific and give as much of the following information as possible:

• Your in-game name.
  
• Your IP.
  
• The server(s) on which you think you are banned.
  
• The reason for which you were banned.
  
• The date and time of the ban.
  
• The server admin who banned you.

The more information you give, the easier it is to answer any questions about a ban.

Please don't add ridiculous numbers of or "unban plz" as this will reduce the chance of anyone reading the post properly. Threads are locked after the issues are resolved or there is no activity for ~2 weeks.

*unless they are in Technical Help and look like a server access problem
