Madballs in Babo:Invasion
Hey!
Just get this game and I was amazed from the first two lines of the description:
Finally we got some "support" as mentioned.
I hope it is a good game, now I'm installing it. Will keep you updated!

This was released about 3 maybe 4 years ago, I got it on xbox and it was terrible in my opinion.Fenomén. wrote:Hey!

Had it on steam, too much arcade.
And as a side note, BV2 never been "massively popular".

Re: Madballs in Babo:Invasion
Successfully tested the single player mode, how could I say it... after Babo Violent 2, it is like no challenge. I'm still looking for the invasion game, but I think I have to fap myself thru the Campaign mode to unlock it. So single player mode is kinda boring, but still playable.
Multiplayer mode needs Active Steam, but I need Anette's java programming skills to hack it... I really would like to test the Multiplayer mode, ingame there are variety of character with little different statistics and attributes.
Sub machine gun is OP as usual and I really miss the popup knives!
Still testing, so what!
Edit: As I keep unlocking the characters and the weapons/abilities, it is becoming a little bit better, but still miss the Multiplayer mode.

So this is a topic about someone informing us about a 4-year old game we've all already played? What a waste of kilobytes...

So this was a post about Cinc caring about a thing, what he've already known...Cinc wrote:So this is a topic about someone informing us about a 4-year old game we've all already played? What a waste of kilobytes...
By the way, Anette didn't play it, you fag!
Madbabo: As I play myself thru the "storyline", it gets better and better. The different characters' advantages and disadvantages are becoming more and more important. I can imagine the Multiplayer mode and I think I will take a try to register on stream!

BV2 is much more than 4-years old game and we have played it all, but hey, the whole forum is dedicated to it
Besides, I haven't played madballs yet and I always wanted to know how it was...

I don't see the problem with this, maybe newer people to babo don't know madball game, so they can read about it now. Besides you have the option not to read the topic.

Last post before I will ignite the bomb:
If there are no dumb questions, then what kind of questions do dumb people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?Cinc wrote:So this is a topic about someone informing us about a 4-year old game we've all already played?

Irrelevant to my question: That would be discrimination against dumb people. What may seem dumb to you is astrophysics to somebody else.
Relevant to my question: My question was a rhetorical one, so by what logic is it possible for it to be dumb?

Well it says so under my avatar. Which I guess is a title you picked personally
Anyway, if we are really gonna discuss this, then here (although I'm pretty sure there already was a topic about this and I already wrote the same thing):
Madballs was pretty shitty, the single-player was too easy even on hard and there wasn't much more challenge even on multiplayer. Furthermore, it's less popular even than bv2, and by the time I got it there were barely any players. Shooting mechanics and movements were sloppy executed, especially when using some special abilities. It didn't even have the variety I've expected, but considering the plentiful ideas I had in mind for a bv3, that's no surprise.
The only thing I liked is the fact that the surface has multiple levels of height, though having that in bv2 would make snipers either gods or unusable depending on the execution.

Biscuits my good man, biscuits.
Mixing tea and biscuits is a bad idea though. You end up with a soggy biscuit.
No one wants a soggy biscuit.

Biscuits with tea -> Ok for me!
Biscuits with coffee -> Hell yeah!
Biscuits with biscuits -> Piece of cake!
But for fudge sake, how can you drink tea with milk? Last time I tried, I've ended with rushing to the toilet and praying for God to remove the smell ASAP...
